The effects of perceived organizational justice on psychologically healthy workplace in schools of Tehran

There is increasing evidence that perceptions of fairness at work relate to individuals’ mental and physical health. The purpose of the current study was to examine theEffect oforganizational justiceon psychologically healthy workplaceamong teachers in Tehran city. The research method was descriptive – correlation and the statistical population included 40068 of teachersof Tehran, from among which 381 teachers with were selected via Stratified Cluster sampling (levels proportional to size). Questionnaire Data multivariate normality was confirmed by estimates critical ratio of multivariate kurtosis. Data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software's and indicated that organizational justice was positively Effects on psychologically healthy workplace with standardized regression weight 0/68. Moreover, all its components, respectively, distributive justice, interactional justice and procedural justice, with standardized regression weight 0/34, 0/28 and 0/17, were direct Effects on psychologically healthy workplace |
