In this study we examined the role of organizational citizenship behavior and entrepreneurial agility with an emphasis on organizational commitment puts. The importance of organizational commitment has been emphasized in several studies. This study aims to improve commitment and agility and entrepreneurial universities with regard to their behavior variables. The research is descriptive and correlational. The study sample comprised 220 employees of Semnan University who were selected randomly. The results showed that entrepreneurial processes and organizational citizenship behavior is a significant and positive impact on organizational commitment And commitment to a positive impact, direct and meaningful organizational agility, In addition, the commitment can be a mediating role between behavior and agility and between entrepreneurship and agility play. So, this study is the importance of citizenship and entrepreneurship and the importance of the commitment of all three of these variables to improve agility, makes clear. |
