The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of information literacy in the attitude towards organizational change and innovative behavior of primary education teachers in Birjand. The research method was descriptive-correlation.The statistical population of the study of elementary school teachers in Birjand city in the academic year of 1402-1403, which was 1900 (1000 women and 900 men), was conducted by multi-stage cluster sampling method.The data collection tool was based on standard questionnaires on information literacy, attitude towards organizational change, and innovative behavior.Their validity was confirmed by experts and their reliability was obtained by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficients of 0.94, 0.87 and 0.89. The research data were analyzed at the descriptive level (prevalence, mean and standard deviation) and at the inferential level (one-sample t-test and regression) using spss software. The findings indicated that the information literacy status of elementary teachers in Birjand city is significantly higher than the average and is in a good condition. Also, the status of attitude towards organizational change and innovative behavior were above average and in favorable condition. The findings related to the main hypothesis of the research showed that there was a significant relationship between information literacy and attitude to organizational change and innovative behavior (P<0.001). The results of the sub-hypotheses showed that there is a significant relationship between information literacy and attitude to organizational change (r=0.26) and between information literacy and innovative behavior (r=0.19). And finally, the results showed that the components of information organization and information location have the greatest ability to predict the attitude towards organizational change and innovative behavior.
