The Impact of Servant Leadership on Organizational Identity with the Moderating Role of Spiritual Intelligence

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of servant leadership on organizational identity with the moderating role of spiritual intelligence. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and is descriptive-survey in nature and method. The statistical population is the Education Department of District 3 in Mashhad. The 108-person sample was selected randomly based on Cochran's formula. Data collection tools are standard questionnaires of servant leadership, organizational identity and spiritual intelligence. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the experts and the reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. Smart PLS software was used for data analysis. Research findings show that servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational identity. Spiritual intelligence moderates the impact of servant leadership on organizational identity. |
