The aim of this study was to determine the role of research teachers in strengthening and developing the research thinking of female students in public primary schools in Sari (District 1). In terms of practical purpose and in terms of implementation method, it was a descriptive survey. The statistical population included all female teachers working in primary school in Sari city in the academic year of 2009-2010 in the number of 255 people using Krejcie and Morgan table and simple random sampling method of 150 people as a sample size. Were. Library and field methods were used to collect data. Data collection tools included a 37-item researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of this questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its reliability was calculated through Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.83). Two statistical methods including descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (one-sample t-test) were used to analyze the data and SPSS software was used for analysis. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the application of problem solving, inference and exploration, encouraging students to use creativity, application of reasoning process and application of analysis process by teachers with strengthening and developing students' research thinking. The results of the main question showed that in general, there was a relationship between teachers 'research thinking on strengthening and developing students' research thinking.
