The present study is a cross-sectional research in terms of applied purpose and descriptive-survey research and in terms of time index. Its purpose is to investigate the effect of specialized training and job commitment by examining the mediating role of self-fulfillment and educational adequacy among teachers. Breeding is a Germi city. the statistical population included all education teachers in Garmi city with 1692 people. using Hooman and stratified random sampling method of 400 people as a sample size. Questionnaires of specialized training, job commitment, educational adequacy and self-fulfillment were used to collect information. The validity of the questionnaires has been reported in previous researches and The validity of these questionnaires was confirmed by educational experts and the reliability was calculated through Cronbach's alpha coefficient, respectively (0.80), (0.84), (0.80), and (0.90). To test the research hypotheses and analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used with the help of SPSS and Amos software. According to the results, it was observed that self-fulfillment and educational adequacy have a mediating role in the effect of specialized training on job commitment. The results showed that specialized training has a positive and significant effect on job commitment.
