The aim of this study was to investigate the role of 3I management on the quality of e-learning learning with emphasis on the moderating role of teacher resilience in the Covid period. The research is applied and the research method is descriptive and path analysis. The statistical population of all secondary education teachers in Bojnourd, which is 611 people, due to different areas (rural and urban) and suitable for both sexes (female and male) from stratified random sampling with proportional assignment 234 People were selected. Data collection tool was a questionnaire that three questionnaires of quality of learning virtual education,resilience, 3I management were used, respectively. The reliability of all three questionnaires was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient method of 0.78, 0.89 and 0.75, respectively. Descriptive and inferential statistics such as Pearson correlation test and path analysis, t-test using SPSS software and lisrel software were used to analyze the data. The results showed that the direct effect of 3I management (ideas, information, intelligence) on teachers's resilience was positive and significant. It was remarkable. In addition to the direct effects, the indirect effect of Management in a 3I-way manner through resilience on the quality of e-learning learning was positive and significant. In other words, 3I management can both directly and indirectly affect the quality of e-learning learning. According to the t-test in the gender variable, there is no significant difference between the two groups of colleagues (male and female) compared to the level of 3I management way manner.
