The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between the intelligent leadership of managers and the participation in professional learning communities and the emotions of teaching elementary school teachers. The descriptive research method was correlation type. The community of this research was formed by all the teachers of the elementary level of Faiz Abad and Meh Valat in the academic year 1401-1402 400 people based on the statistics obtained from the Education Organization). Based on Cochran's formula, the sample size of 196 people was determined, which was selected as a sample from this statistical population using the available sampling method. The research tools were Intelligent Leadership Questionnaire, Emotions Questionnaire, and Professional Learning Communities Questionnaire.The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed using the content and face validity methods, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to determine the reliability, and the Cronbach's alpha statistic for the intelligent leadership questionnaire was (0.95), the professional learning community questionnaire (79. 0) and teachers' emotions questionnaire (0.93) was obtained. The collected data was analyzed with SPSS-25 software and Pearson's correlation coefficient and multivariate regression analysis. The results showed that there is +0.57 between intelligent leadership of managers and participation in professional learning communities, and -0.25 between intelligent leadership of managers and teachers' teaching excitement. (P < 0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the intelligent leadership of managers with participation in professional learning communities and the excitement of teaching elementary school teachers.
