The paper was a report on the internal monitoring of Agricultural Bank's educational management. The research approach was qualitative phenomenology, using focus group method. The study participants were 16 managers, human resources experts at the Agricultural Bank and academic experts who were purposefully invited to participate in this study. In-depth and interactive conversations in the focus group were coded by content analysis method. After screening and deleting of common codes, the findings of the study included 47 conceptual codes belonging to the Strategic difficulties, and 72 codes related to the Strategic requirements which indicated the lived experiences of the participants in the focus group at the Agricultural Bank's educational management. The main themes included the difficulties in advancing educational management, resulting from the "cultural structure, educational structure and political structure", and the main themes related to effective educational management were, the requirements of "comprehensive needs assessment, professional training programming and comprehensive assessment model".
