This study aimed to structural equation model of professional competencies with organizational commitment of high school teachers in the city of chabahar. The method of the research is descriptive and its type is correlation in method and its aim is applicative. The Population of this study consisted of all high school teachers in the city of chabahar. That sample was selected by utilizing simple randomsampling and the size of sample was identified based on According to cochrane formula equal with 122. data were collected through modified Professional Competencies questionnaire) and organizational commitment scale. The reliability of the questionnaires was estimated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.98 and 0.76. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (kolmogorov-smirnov tests, Pearson correlation, one-sample t-test, and Stepwise regression and pearson coefficient of correlation) were used. The main findings are: 1) professional competencies of high school teachers in the city of chabahar is above average and mean comments. 2) organizational commitment of high school teachers in the city of chabahar and is above average and mean comments. 3) A positive relationship was found between general indicator of professional competencies and organizational commitment of high school teachers in the city of chabahar. 4) Professional competencies and among its components, intellectual competence can predict the organizational commitment of teachers.
